OUR APPROACH

Conflict and tension are inevitable, even in high functioning healthcare organizations. Whether requiring an immediate intervention or  looking to build conflict competence, as mandated by the Joint Commission Standards LD.02.04.01and LD.01.03.01.EP-7, RxSOLVE CONFLICT is well positioned to meet your needs, ultimately leading to improved quality of care, patient safety, and provider wellness.

We work together with our clients to understand their needs and most pressing conflict related issues, assessing these and providing relevant solutions. In addition to education and training, we provide site- and problem-specific solutions including coaching, facilitation, and when necessary, informal and formal mediation.

At RxSOLVE CONFLICT we support the development and maintenance of a standard of conflict competence by relying on an interdisciplinary approach to collaborative communication and the fundamental shift from conflict avoidance to active engagement.
