Conflict competence is increasingly recognized as a core competency for physician leaders. We provide training and ongoing, real-time support to physician leaders in order to build organizational conflict capacity. 

Oftentimes, it is both time and most cost effective to have a neutral, 3rd party facilitate a difficult, high-stakes conversation. We offer informal and formal mediation to both individuals and groups.
