Jeff Stuart, MD, MBA is a practicing anesthesiologist, co-founder of Rxsolve Conflict, and an experienced physician executive whose leadership roles have included private medical group leadership, Medical Director and Board Member of multiple surgery centers, and Chief Medical Officer of Washington Healthcare System in Fremont, CA. Three decades of medical practice and leadership—including serving as a hospital CMO through the pandemic—have given him extensive experience navigating operational challenges, communication breakdowns, and conflict in high-stress healthcare settings.

Dr. Stuart has completed mediation training at the Center for Understanding in Conflict, high-conflict management training through the High Conflict Institute, and professionalism training at Vanderbilt’s Center for Patient and Professional Advocacy. He is also pursuing ICF coaching certification through SurgeonMasters. A board-certified anesthesiologist, Dr. Stuart holds an MBA from The Wharton School.

Paul Natterson MD is the co-founder of Rxsolve Conflict, and a board certified cardiologist with more than 25 years of clinical practice. He has extensive experience in both hospital and medical staff leadership. Past positions have included Medical Staff President and Vice President, Chief Medical Officer, and member of the Board of Directors at Providence Saint John’s Health Center. He has also served as President and Medical Director of Pacific Heart Institute, currently an 18 cardiologist private practice. His interest in conflict management and dispute resolution ultimately led to mediation training, including coursework at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at the Pepperdine University, as well as physician coaching training through SurgeonMasters based out of San Diego, CA.

Nicole Lance, JD serves as Chief Operating Officer, drawing upon her legal background, conflict coaching, and mediation experience. She plays a central role in developing and executing the firm's strategy while keeping day-to-day operations moving forward. Her unique blend of legal and operational expertise, personal insight, and commitment to RxC’s mission has made her an invaluable member of the team.
